7 ZORAS starts with YouTube!

Since January 1, 2025, we've officially launched our YouTube channel @7zoras! We actually uploaded our first test video on December 28, 2024 – but now we're going all in. Our goal? We want to hit our first 500 subscribers in 2025!

Why YouTube?

For us, YouTube is more than just a platform. We grew up with it, spending countless hours watching videos on calisthenics, fitness, and creative training methods. But to become active ourselves, to create our own content – that was just a dream for us for a long time. Now we're making it a reality!

What can you expect?

Our channel is all about calisthenics, creative training ideas, and our products. You'll get from us:

• Workouts & Tutorials: We show you how to best use our 7 ZORAS equipment.

• Nutrition Tips: Because training alone isn't enough to make progress.

• Events & Challenges: We take you behind the scenes and show you what's happening in the scene.

Organization: Our Locations & Production

To ensure our content comes regularly, we have fixed locations for our videos. One of our main spots is Body Check Kalkar, Bahnhofstr. 78, 47546 Kalkar. Our coach Andy welcomed us with open arms there because he loves our idea and supports the region. We record our indoor videos there, especially when the weather isn't cooperating. Otherwise, we're often outdoors to offer diverse content.

Our founder Jens is self-employed in marketing and can therefore easily produce the videos himself. Of course, not everything always goes smoothly, but we don't strive for perfection – we focus on just doing it and continuously improving!

Our Current Status

We are currently at the end of March and already have 170 subscribers. This extremely motivates us to continue and deliver even more content. But can we reach 500 by the end of the year? We accept the challenge!
