Diese Parallettes habe ich für meine Bruder mitbestellt der bereits im Calisthenics sehr fortgeschritten ist. Er sagt, dass diese Parallettes super sind um zum Beispiel L-Sit in den Handstand zu üben, da sie einfach noch mehr Stabilität im Vergleich zu den kurzen Parallettes bieten.
Auch das Material und die Verarbeitung hat uns bei diesen Parallettes überzeugt.

The 7Z Parallettes Hero are suitable for both calisthenics beginners and advanced athletes. They offer high stability and are ideal for technique and skill training such as L-sits, push-ups, planche progressions, or handstands. Thanks to their low-profile design, they provide particularly secure support and more control during demanding exercises
The 7Z Parallettes Hero protect the wrists thanks to their neutral grip position and thus reduce the pressure. At the same time, they expand the variety of exercises and offer particularly high stability and control due to their low-profile design. In addition, training is more hygienic and more comfortable than directly on the floor or asphalt.
Wooden handles offer a natural, non-slip grip that is gentle on the hands and absorbs sweat better. They feel warmer and more comfortable than metal handles and are particularly pleasant for longer training or skill sessions. Furthermore, they don't get hot in summer or ice cold in winter – ideal for outdoor training in any weather!
The 7Z Parallettes Hero are also perfect for outdoor training.
Since the wood is not weather-resistant, they should be stored in a dry place and wiped off briefly after coming into contact with moisture.
The Hero parallettes are supplied unassembled, but can be put together in a few minutes using the four screws per parallette and the included tool.
