How do I wash clothes correctly?
You can wash the clothing at 30 °C inside out without fabric softener. You can find the exact care instructions directly with each product in the "Care instructions" section.
Is a return possible if the clothing doesn't fit?
Since each garment is individually printed or embroidered for you and made only after your order, a return or exchange is unfortunately not possible.
An exception, of course, applies to errors: If your item is damaged or has a production or material defect, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt and send us photos of the problem. We will review your request as quickly as possible and arrange for a suitable solution.
